3M Sandpaper, 9″ x 11″, 40 Grit

This 40 grit product is made with aluminum oxide mineral, a tough and versatile abrasive. Designed for hand sanding, each 9” x 11” sheet can be cut to the size of your sanding block. During Stage 1 of the 3M™ Body Repair System use the 40 grit sheets to quickly strip paint from metal, plastic or fiberglass panels. Follow this step with 80 grit sandpaper to refine the 40 grit scratches. This will allow the body filler to adhere well to the panel.
