3M PPS™ High Output Large Pressure Cup

Paint Preparation System™ (PPS™) High Output (HO) Pressurized Hard Cup and Collar supports and holds the PPS Lids & Liners. Type HO is designed for high viscosity, thick liquid materials. Primary use is for high viscosity liquid materials that require Pressure Assist in a gravity filled delivery system that provides the same PPS benefits:

• Re-useable Pressurized PPS™ Cups and Collars for high viscosity coatings
• Reduce material consumption: save on materials (primer, sealer, base-coat & clear coat)
• 3M™ PPS™ has the ability to reduce solvents by up to 70% from traditional gravity cups, and up to 90% with PPS™ and 3M™ Accuspray
• Reduce cycle times with fast and easy clean up using 3M™ PPS™; often more than 50% time savings. Mix, filter and spray out of a disposable lid (with pre-welded filter) and liner
• Efficient use of materials and less wasted paint
• Ability to spray at all angles, 90 degrees to the work surface and even upside down if needed. This provides consistent material transfer which helps reduce overspray. Less overspray means lower material consumption
• Consistent material transfer and increased probability of color match
